Genjutsu object swap guide

Recast a scene without reshooting it. Upload the clip and a clear image of the character you want to bring in.

01 / Choose your source

Start with a stable shot of the person or object you want to replace. Source frames must contain at least 409,600 pixels: 640 × 640 or 854 × 480 meets that threshold. Use 4–30 seconds and trim away unrelated scenes first.

02 / Prepare references

Use a well-lit image of the replacement, with the face and outfit visible. For multiple references, explain which original subject each image replaces. Only use people and characters you have permission to depict.

03 / Direct the result

Try: “Replace the person on the left with image 1. Keep the right-hand person, the camera angle and the room layout.” Clear subject positions are more useful than a long list of contradictory instructions.

04 / Review the output

Check interactions, overlapping subjects and reflective surfaces. Replacement may also change nearby details. If the wrong subject changes, shorten the clip, use one reference and name the target more precisely before trying again.
