Genjutsu Studio privacy policy
How Genjutsu Studio handles your account, media and payment records.
Last updated: 2026-10-15
Genjutsu Studio is an independent video editing service. Contact us at contact@genjutsu.studio about this policy or your data.
What we process
Google sign-in provides your name, email address and profile image. We store account and session records so you can return to your video library. We also process your uploaded video, reference images, editing instructions, task status, results, credit transactions and order records.
Stripe processes payments. We store payment identifiers, amounts and fulfillment status; we do not store complete payment card numbers. Basic request information, including IP address, browser and referral information, may be recorded for security and troubleshooting.
Where your media goes
We send your selected media and instructions to Higgsfield to generate your requested edit. Cloudflare provides hosting, database and file storage. Google provides sign-in, and Stripe handles checkout. These providers process information under their own terms and may process it outside your country.
Your library is linked to your account. Source files use unguessable access links so the generation provider can retrieve them; anyone who obtains such a link can access that source while it remains stored. Do not upload confidential files. Completed downloads require your account session. We do not place your uploads in a public gallery by default.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account, uploaded media and generated results while needed to provide your library and resolve generation issues. This service is not a permanent backup; download files you want to keep. You can request deletion by emailing us from your account address. We may retain order and credit records needed for accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Deletion from our systems does not override a provider’s independent retention obligations.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Google Analytics is enabled when you visit so we can understand which pages and editing tools people use. We do not send your prompts, uploaded files, email address or payment details to Google Analytics. You can block analytics through your browser privacy settings or an analytics blocker. We do not sell your uploaded media.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, API keys or full card details when contacting support. Only upload media you are entitled to use and obtain permission from the people shown. The service is intended for adults.
