Genjutsu Studio terms of service

These terms apply to Genjutsu Studio, an independent service using the Higgsfield Genjutsu API. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Higgsfield. Questions: contact@genjutsu.studio.

Your account and uploads

You must be an adult and use a Google account you control. You are responsible for your account activity and for having the rights and permissions needed for every uploaded file, character, voice and likeness. Do not upload illegal content, non-consensual intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or material intended for fraud, harassment or deceptive impersonation.

You retain your rights to your inputs. You grant us and the generation providers permission to process them as needed to deliver your requested edit. This permission does not grant us ownership of your media.

Generated results

AI editing can alter identity, anatomy, timing, text and surrounding details. Instructions are guidance, not a guarantee of exact preservation. Review results before publishing. You are responsible for checking third-party rights and whether your intended use is lawful. We do not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity or suitability for a particular commercial use.

Credits and payment

The checkout page shows the currency, price and credits for each available pack before payment. Credits on this website are separate from a Higgsfield subscription or API balance. Generation requires credits, and the studio shows the cost before you confirm. Clip duration is rounded up to whole seconds for billing.

A confirmed failed, canceled or safety-rejected generation returns its deducted credits. A queued task or a network delay is not automatically a failure. Completed generations consume credits even when you dislike the result. Contact support with the task ID if a task appears stuck; do not repeatedly submit new tasks.

Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. For duplicate or unauthorized purchases, contact support promptly with your order number. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

Availability and storage

Generation time varies with demand and the complexity of the request. We may pause unavailable workflows or restrict abusive activity. Keep your own copies of important files; the service is not a permanent archive. If we need to discontinue access to stored media, we will provide notice where reasonably possible.

Responsibility and changes

We provide the service with reasonable care, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or a particular creative result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of generated content. We may update these terms and will indicate the update date here.
